UNPUBLISHED WORK

Sometimes we paint paintings that never make it to a show. Sometimes we try new things. Sometimes we do something just for ourselves. This painting, 'Flora and Fauna', found its way to a new home straight from my studio. It was also the impetus behind all the still life pieces I recently did ( such as 'Sockets' ).

And then came 'The Rockford Files'. When James Garner passed away in 2014, I decided to paint this. Part homage and part lesson in landscape, this painting was just for me.
