STONEWALL TO VAN HORN

Woke up early and packed up camp. We stopped by the Sauer-Beckmann working farm again and then hit the road west, back on the 10. We hit an extra lonely stretch west of Sonora and ran out of fuel at mile marker 306. Luckily we have AAA Plus so we called in, had some diesel delivered and only lost about an hour on the side of the road.

Even with the delay, we pulled in to Von Horn RV Park in time to head to their cafe and get a cheeseburger and a drink. The campground is full of bunnies, chickens and birds. 

Kitten finally has her sea legs back, but John was a little prickly about running out of fuel.
