ST. ALPHONSUS

Some very dear friends belong to the Irish Network Club in New Orleans. They invited us to come along to the Christmas party at St. Alphonsus. There were snacks from Dickie Brennan's, drinks ( wine, beer and Jameson ), some Irish dancing and Santa Claus. This church is beautiful. Construction began in 1855 and was completed 4 years later.
