NEW YEAR IN NEW ORLEANS

New Year's Eve was quiet for us. And the house is quiet so it's especially good to be productive. We've been working a lot, going to the gym, riding bikes to the park to get our duck fix and riding up to the levee.

When you're up on the levee you can see the boats coming down the Mississippi. The river is extra high right now and they are opening some spill ways to prepare for the water coming down.

And there are stables up by the river too. People ride horses in this city all the time. You can have a horse and ride it in the city. How awesome is that?!
